Long Slow Distance (LSD) is the theme of the day. It is important to keep in mind that golf is an explosive sport, but also can last hours and hours. This idea of prolonged performance can require an athlete to have a level of stamina from being at "work" and active for long periods of time.

Get your heart rate up for 30 min on bike, swim, run, ecliptical, etc
If u need options..
- 15min bike (30sec sprint, 30sec moderate)
-15min elliptical (1min high intensity, 1min low intensity)
- high knees 20sec on 20sec off as many rounds as you can while keeping pace up during sprints. No more than 10rounds
